Limited Warranty Statement

Congratulations on your purchase. At GISA USA, we stand behind the engineering and craftsmanship of our wheels. This warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1. Industry-Leading Coverage

10-YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY: GISA USA warrants that your wheels will be free from structural defects under normal and intended use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

2-YEAR FINISH WARRANTY: We warrant the surface finish (paint, powder coat, or clear coat) against peeling or lifting for two (2) years.

Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by road hazards, stone chips, or caustic cleaning chemicals.

STOP – READ BEFORE INSTALLATION

CRITICAL: HUB SECURITY SEAL & TEST-FIT POLICY

Every GISA wheel is shipped with a Security/Fitment Seal applied to the hub surface. DO NOT REMOVE OR TEAR THIS SEAL until you have performed a “dry” test-fit on the vehicle.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCT: Breaking this seal or mounting a tire constitutes final acceptance of the product’s fitment and condition.
  • NO RETURNS: Wheels with a broken seal or signs of mounting cannot be returned or exchanged for fitment-related issues (e.g., brake clearance, offset, or bolt pattern errors).
  • VERIFICATION: It is the installer’s responsibility to verify clearance for brake calipers, suspension, and fenders before removing the seal.

2. Your Rights (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act)

Under the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void your entire vehicle warranty simply because you installed aftermarket wheels. Your vehicle’s warranty remains in effect unless the manufacturer can prove that the wheels or their installation directly caused the failure of a specific component.

3. California Proposition 65 Warning

WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including Chromium (hexavalent compounds) and Nickel, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the product must be sent to the authorized distributor nearest to the customer’s region for a technical analysis and evaluation. Shipping costs and logistics should be coordinated with the original point of purchase or through our official channels.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is void if:

  • Wheels are used for racing, drifting, or off-road competition.
  • Damage is caused by road hazards (potholes, curbs, debris) or accidents.
  • Wheels have been modified (re-drilled, bored, painted, or powder-coated).
  • The original invoice/proof of purchase is not provided.
